Book your trial lesson
You can choose which course you'd like to attend and book your free trial lesson. All of our weekly courses are suitable for beginners.

How often per week?
You can come once a week or several times a week. Your membership is based on the number of classes you attend per week. This means you can attend one class one week and another the following week.

Risk-free
You can try more than one course and cancel your contract within the first month without any additional cooling-off period. It's truly risk-free. If you don't like it or it's not right for you, you can cancel within the first month.

Since the Pa-Kua school opened in Brinkum, I have been enthusiastically pursuing swordsmanship. In addition to the athletic aspects, concentration and coordination are also particularly developed. The interdisciplinary training methods convey ways and traditions that can, for example, improve health or boost self-esteem. Exciting disciplines, excellent support from the instructors, an interesting concept. And regular international exchange with masters. At the PaKua School in Bremen, English, Spanish, and Portuguese are spoken in addition to German. Here, I can relax and let off steam after my daily work routine ;-) Of the eight disciplines, I chose martial arts, yoga, tai chi, and archery, which meet my various needs (mental relaxation, flexibility, focus, decision-making). Super exciting disciplines taught by a great master who has a good eye for each participant. Pakua has changed me a little bit. I go through life more rested and reflective. I'm trying to rekindle my old passions (drawing, playing pool). New passions are also emerging, such as archery and swordsmanship. Both disciplines have something special. Archery trains you to stay calm and focused. Swordsmanship training, on the other hand, is more physical and trains observation skills. I try to copy and reflect on everything I've learned at home. I feel like Pakua training gives me so much. I can only recommend it enthusiastically.
