Develop strength, flexibility and coordination

Service Description
Book a trial training session ________________________________________ Fun-filled practice of challenging poses and movements from Chinese acrobatics. According to records, acrobatics already existed in China 2,500 years ago. For example, acrobatic performances were performed during the Tang Dynasty for Thanksgiving. Overcoming gravity with one's own body remains an important part of Chinese culture. Pa-Kua acrobatics is a way to train physical strength and flexibility, as well as a sense of balance. Practicing the many poses and movements engages various muscle groups, trains our perception, and strengthens the connection between body and mind. The lessons are tailored to the abilities of the students, who gain increasing strength and skill from level to level. Depending on the students' readiness, the following movements and positions are taught step by step: handstands, bridges, cartwheels, rolls, somersaults, flips, and much more. In doing so, fears and insecurities are overcome. It's also a lot of fun to train with friends, help each other, and try out and practice challenging poses in pairs or groups. Positive Effects: - Muscle building - Controlling fears - Strengthening the sense of community - Balancing body and mind - Improving physical expression - Reducing shyness and building self-confidence
